Evidence Collected in Sexual Offense Investigations; Requires that sexual offense evidence kit or other DNA evidence be submitted to statewide criminal analysis laboratory system within specified time after specified occurrences; requires medical provider or law enforcement agency to inform alleged victim of sexual offense of certain information; requires retention of specified evidence; requires adoption & dissemination of guidelines & procedures by certain entities; requires testing of sexual offense evidence kits within specified timeframe.
