       Senator Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 340 - 343
    4  and insert:
    5  issued for the cultivation of more than 400,000 plants, be
    6  operated by a nurseryman as defined in s. 581.011 or a farmer,
    7  and have been operated as a registered nursery in this state for
    8  at least 10 30 continuous years. For purposes of this section,
    9  the term “farmer” means an individual owner or operator of a
   10  tract, or tracts, of land which is considered engaged in
   11  accepted agricultural practices.
