    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 282 and 283
    5  insert:
    6         (f) Establish a curriculum for a low-THC cannabis or
    7  medical cannabis educational program specifically geared toward
    8  qualified patients and their caregivers which addresses
    9  appropriate safety procedures and knowledge of low-THC cannabis,
   10  medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices.
