       Senators Brandes and Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369986) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 705 and 706
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. The regulatory structure governing the licensing
    7  of dispensing organizations in this state approved for growing,
    8  processing, and dispensing low-THC cannabis and medical
    9  cannabis, as set forth in ss. 381.986 and 499.0295, Florida
   10  Statutes, shall sunset on July 1, 2018, unless reviewed and
   11  reenacted by the Legislature prior to that date.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 745
   16  and insert:
   17         organizations; providing applicability; providing for
   18         the regulatory structure governing the medical use of
   19         cannabis in this state to sunset on a certain date;
   20         providing an
