    4  insert:
    5         (20) Use any false representation or deceptive or unfair
    6  means to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain
    7  information concerning a consumer.

   12  and insert:
   13  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (20) is added to that
   14  section, to read:

   18         Delete line 11
   19  and insert:
