GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Commerce and Tourism ; Banking and Insurance ; Brandes

Automobile Insurance; Authorizing the Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association and a joint underwriting plan approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation to cancel personal lines or commercial policies within a specified time for nonpayment of premium due to certain reasons; adding a specified entity to a list of entities that are not required to be licensed as a clinic to receive reimbursement under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, etc.
