GENERAL BILL by Moraitis ; Mayfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rogers

Vacation Rental Units; Provides criteria for licensure as vacation rental unit; requires DBPR's Division of Hotels & Restaurants to suspend license for failure to meet all criteria; specifies that vacation rental units operating without license or with license expired for specified period are subject to disciplinary action pursuant to rules establishing certain disciplinary guidelines; prohibits group licensing of such units; requires vacation rental unit to display its license number on all property rental advertising; provides that it is an unlicensed practice to advertise without license.
