SB 1600: Pledge of Allegiance

GENERAL BILL by Evers

Pledge of Allegiance; Requiring a written notice of a student’s right not to participate in the pledge of allegiance to be included in a specific publication; providing that a student may be excused from certain actions associated with the pledge of allegiance; deleting a requirement that civilians stand at full attention and, if the civilian is a man, remove his headdress during the pledge of allegiance, etc.
