       Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1918 - 1920
    4  and insert:
    5  irrevocable letter of credit, or a deposit in a trust account or
    6  financial institution, which includes the State of Florida as a
    7  beneficiary, payable to the Professional Regulation Trust Fund.
    8  The purpose of the bond or other security is to
