Property Insurance Appraisers and Property Insurance Appraisal Umpires; Exempting certificates issued to property insurance appraisal umpires from the requirement to bear a seal of the Department of Financial Services; requiring umpires to be licensed and appointed; providing limitations on fees charged by a public adjuster during an appraisal; creating the “Property Insurance Appraisal Umpire Law”, etc. APPROPRIATION: $136,337
