Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2801, INSERT:

The funds in Specific Appropriations 2801 through 2809 include no 
appropriation for a contract that became effective January 1, 2016, by 
and between Solix, Inc. and the Department of Management Services for 
Florida State Employees' Charitable Campaign Fiscal Agent Services.  The 
contract is hereby terminated.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
