       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2771 and 2772
    4  insert:
    5         Section 41. Transportation facility designations;
    6  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of S.R. 922 from N.E. 10th Avenue east to
    8  the North Miami City Limits in Miami-Dade County is designated
    9  as “Stanley G. Tate Boulevard.”
   10         (2) That portion of Miami Avenue between N.E. 5th Street
   11  and U.S. 41/S.R. 90/S.E. 7th Street in Miami-Dade County is
   12  designated as “Robert L. Shevin Memorial Boulevard.”
   13         (3) Bridge number 870054 on S.R. 112/W. 41st Street/Arthur
   14  Godfrey Road in Miami Beach is designated as the “Senator Paul
   15  B. Steinberg Bridge.”
   16         (4) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   18  described in this section.
   19         Section 42. Section 1 of chapter 26497, Laws of Florida,
   20  1951, is amended to read:
   21         Section 1. That the following described route be and the
   22  same is hereby declared, designated and established as a State
   23  Road, forming a part of the connecting system of the State of
   24  Florida, and shall be known as the SHEPARD BROAD CAUSEWAY
   25  BOULEVARD.
   26         Beginning at the intersection of State Road AIA and 96th
   27  Street in Dade County, Florida, and running in a Westerly
   28  direction, as near as possible in a direct line, through the
   29  Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, across Broad Causeway,
   30  spanning Biscayne Bay, and through the Town of North Miami,
   31  Florida, to the point where such highway shall intersect with
   32  State Road Number 7, along the most practicable and feasible
   33  route to be determined by the State Road Department.

   36  And the title is amended as follows:
   37         Delete line 160
   38  and insert:
   39         Governor and Legislature; providing honorary
   40         designations of various transportation facilities in
   41         specified counties; directing the Department of
   42         Transportation to erect suitable markers; amending
   43         chapter 26497, Laws of Florida, 1951; revising the
   44         name of an honorary designation of a transportation
   45         facility in a specified county; amending ss. 212.05,
