Investigation of Lethal Force by Law Enforcement Officers; Requiring the head of a law enforcement agency to report to the Department of Law Enforcement within a specified time if the use of force by a law enforcement officer results in the death of another person; requiring the head of a law enforcement agency to provide the department within a specified time the results of the agency’s investigation; requiring the department to conduct an independent investigation into such use of force, etc.
