Autonomous Vehicles; Authorizes person to engage autonomous technology to operate autonomous vehicle in autonomous mode; provides that autonomous technology is deemed operator of autonomous vehicle operating in autonomous mode for determining compliance with traffic & motor vehicle laws; provides construction & applicability with respect to specific statutory provisions; provides that autonomous technology is deemed to be validly licensed.
