GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Perry ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Construction; Authorizing solar energy systems manufactured or sold in the state to be certified by professional engineers; requiring the Florida Building Commission to use certain entities and codes for updates to the Florida Building Code; prohibiting certain counties and municipalities from adopting or enforcing certain building permits or other development order requirements; requiring local jurisdictions to reduce certain permit fees, etc. APPROPRIATION: $150,000
