GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Judiciary ; Young

Trusts; Deleting a requirement that a trust be for the benefit of the trust’s beneficiaries; revising provisions relating to notice or sending of electronic trust documents; providing that the Attorney General has standing to assert certain rights in certain proceedings; deleting a restriction on the purpose for which a trust is created, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2017
