       The Committee on Health Policy (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 95 - 102
    4  and insert:
    5  provided in paragraph (1)(i) within this state and reported to
    6  the Board of Medicine.
    7         (6) Notwithstanding subsection (1), any physician, when
    8  providing medical care or treatment in connection with the
    9  education of students, residents, or faculty at the request of
   10  the dean of an accredited medical school within this state or at
   11  the request of the medical director of a statutory teaching
   12  hospital as defined in s. 408.07 or a specialty-licensed
   13  children’s hospital licensed under chapter 395 which is
   14  affiliated with an accredited medical school and its affiliated
   15  clinics, may do so upon
