GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Judiciary ; Passidomo

Estates; Revising the circumstances under which the decedent’s property interest in the protected homestead is excluded from the elective estate; providing for the valuation of the decedent’s protected homestead under certain circumstances; requiring the payment of interest on any unpaid portion of a person’s required contribution toward the elective share with respect to certain property, etc.
