Marketing Practices for Substance Abuse Services; Authorizing the Office of Statewide Prosecution in the Department of Legal Affairs to investigate and prosecute patient brokering offenses; providing that an application for the disclosure of an individual’s records may be filed as part of an active criminal investigation; prohibiting a person from knowingly and willfully making specified false or misleading statements or providing specified false or misleading information under certain circumstances, etc. APPROPRIATION: $194,120
