Charter Schools; Revising the fiscal responsibility requirements for the charter school application and review process; requiring private property taken by eminent domain for a public school purpose or use to be used only for traditional public schools; authorizing, rather than requiring, a school district to distribute specified funding to eligible charter schools in its district, etc.
