Florida Security for Public Deposits Act; Specifying conditions that must be met before the Chief Financial Officer may designate a credit union as a qualified public depository; specifying the mutual responsibility and contingent liability of certain credit unions designated as qualified public depositories; requiring the Chief Financial Officer, in administering the Public Deposits Trust Fund, to segregate and separately account for certain proceeds, assessments, or penalties attributable to a credit union from those attributable to a bank, savings bank, or savings association, etc.
