Department of Financial Services; Providing that electronic images of warrants, vouchers, or checks in the Division of Treasury are deemed to be original records; renaming the Bureau of Fire and Arson Investigations within the Division of Investigative and Forensic Services as the Bureau of Fire, Arson, and Explosives Investigations; requiring child transition plans to address financial literacy by providing specified information, etc. APPROPRIATION: $500,000
