Basin Management Action Plans; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection and other entities, as part of a basin management action plan, to develop onsite sewage treatment and disposal system remediation plans under certain conditions; specifying requirements for the installation, repair, modification, or upgrade of certain onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems; providing criteria for the prioritization of funding for wastewater treatment facilities, etc.
