                         Form 1962).

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 1229, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1229, $300,000 in nonrecurring 
general revenue funds is provided to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's 
Office for an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) program. The program will 
use a UAS in emergency and law enforcement activities (including search 
and rescue, disaster assessment and assistance, interdiction of drug and 
human trafficking activities, and situational awareness of a person 
whose life is in imminent danger) with these operational activities 
limited to navigable bodies of water within 25 miles of the jurisdiction 
of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (Senate Form 1962).
