On Page: 202             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Midway Sanitary Sewer System Phase I 
Spec App: 1352A          project (Senate Form 1391) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the Transfer to Agricultural Emergency 
                         Eradication Trust Fund category in the Department of 
                         Agriculture and Consumer Services.
