On Page: 258             Reduces $1,500,000 in funds from the State 
                         Transportation Trust Fund within the the Department 
Spec App: 1897           of Transportation, Interstate Highway Construction 
                         Category and provides $1,500,000 in funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund to the Local 
                         Transportation Projects Category to fund the Lake 
                         Worth Park of Commerce Phase 1B (Senate Form 2111).
