On Page: 205             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Bay Harbor Islands Sewer Lateral Lining 
Spec App: 1352A          Project (Senate Form 1587) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the Transfer to Agricultural Emergency 
                         Eradication Trust Fund category in the Department of 
                         Agriculture and Consumer Services.
