Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 067             Reduces $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  255           Client Data Management System and provides funding 
                         in the same amount to the Department of Children and 
                         Families for the Five Point Technology Group 
                         Electronic Health Records project (Senate Form 
                         2462).

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 255:

From   the   funds   in   Specific   Appropriation   255,   $305,450  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund  and  $386,513 in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund are
provided to continue implementation of the Client Data Management System
for the purpose of providing electronic verification of service delivery
to  recipients  by  providers,  electronic  billings  for  Developmental
Disabilities  Medicaid  Waiver  services,  and  electronic processing of
claims. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities is authorized to submit
budget  amendments  requesting  the  release  of  funds  pursuant to the

provisions  of  chapter  216,  Florida Statutes. Requests for release of
funds shall include a detailed operational work plan and spending plan.

AND INSERT:

From   the   funds   in   Specific   Appropriation   255,   $205,450  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund  and  $386,513 in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund are
provided to continue implementation of the Client Data Management System
