On Page: 083             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the replacement of the Henderson 
Spec App:  380B          Behavioral Health Crisis Stabilization Unit (Senate 
                         Form 1772) in the Department of Children and 
                         Families and reduces funding by the same amount in 
                         the Department of Health for Fixed Capital Outlay.
