On Page: 191             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the City of Marianna for a public safety 
Spec App: 1234A          administration complex, within the Department of Law 
                         Enforcement.  The amendment also reduces Department 
                         of Juvenile Justice's fixed capital outlay by the 
                         same amount.
