                         funds for the Specialized Opioid Treatment and 
Spec App:  372           Residential Substance Abuse Training Program (Senate 
                         Form 2467) and reduces funding for the Miami-Dade 
                         Homeless Trust Diversion First Program (Senate Form 
                         2351) in the Department of Children and Families.
