       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 93 - 94
    4  and insert:
    5  must be provided in a noncoercive manner and may not include any
    6  religious content.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 15 - 17
   11  and insert:
   12         provided in a noncoercive manner and forbidding the
   13         inclusion of religious content; providing an effective
   14         date.
