    3         Between lines 2047 and 2048
    4  insert:
    5  Districts and charter schools are strongly encouraged to include
    6  in their respective plans strategies for providing access to
    7  nationally recognized awareness programs that teach students and
    8  staff how to recognize the signs of a mental health challenge,
    9  reduce the stigma around mental illness, and ways to seek help
   10  for themselves or another person.
