       The Committee on Rules (Gruters) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 83 - 97
    4  and insert:
    5         (b)The task force shall consist of 13 members. Membership
    6  shall be as follows:
    7         1.Three agency heads or executive directors of cabinet
    8  agencies, or their designees, appointed by the Governor.
    9         2.Four members of the public or private sector with
   10  knowledge and experience in blockchain technology, appointed by
   11  the Governor.
   12         3.Three members from the public or private sector with
   13  knowledge and experience in blockchain technology, appointed by
   14  the Chief Financial Officer.
   15         4.One member from the private sector with knowledge and
   16  experience in blockchain technology, appointed by the President
   17  of the Senate.
   18         5.One member from the private sector with knowledge and
   19  experience in blockchain technology, appointed by the Speaker of
   20  the House of Representatives.
   21         6.One certified public accountant licensed pursuant to
   22  chapter 473 with knowledge and experience in blockchain
   23  technology, appointed by the Governor.
