Increment Revenues; Providing that law enforcement, fire suppression, emergency rescue, and code enforcement services are not deemed unrelated to the carrying out of a community redevelopment plan, for purposes of financing by increment revenues; authorizing a county or municipality to fund the incremental costs of law enforcement and emergency response for a community redevelopment area using increment revenues under certain circumstances, etc.
