Fees/State Hemp Program Registration; Authorizing the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to require payment of an application fee for registration in the state hemp program; authorizing the department to waive registration fees by rule; requiring fee proceeds to be deposited into a specified trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1020 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
