       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 250 - 254
    4  and insert:
    5         908.108 Education facilities or institutions.—This chapter
    6  does not apply to law enforcement agencies or local governmental
    7  entities while operating at any educational facility or
    8  institution.
