       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 110
    4  and insert:
    5  System and the Florida College System. The term does not include
    6  the Department of Education or the employees of the department.
    7         908.1025 Chapter applicability.—This chapter does not apply
    8  to school resource officers, participants of a school guardian
    9  program, or any law enforcement agencies or local governmental
   10  entities while operating at any educational facility or
   11  institution, including public, private, and charter K-12 schools
   12  in this state.
