    4  insert:
    5         (7) This section does not apply to any alien unlawfully
    6  present in the United States if he or she is or has been a
    7  necessary witness or victim of a crime of domestic violence,
    8  rape, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, murder, manslaughter,
    9  assault, battery, human trafficking, kidnapping, false
   10  imprisonment, involuntary servitude, fraud in foreign labor
   11  contracting, blackmail, extortion, or witness tampering.
