Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Victim Compensation Fund Program; Creating the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Victim Compensation Fund Program within the Department of Education; requiring the department to accept and process applications for certain payments; prohibiting the department from paying an applicant until specified requirements are satisfied, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1678, 1680 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
