On Page: 109             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Network of Care for Veterans and 
Spec App:  575A          Military Service (Senate Form 1977).  Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount in Department of 
                         Veterans' Affairs fixed capital outlay category 
                         (Specific Appropriation 561).
