Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $100,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
Spec App: 1989A          Trust Fund for Muscogee Road Widening and Drainage 
                         Improvements (Senate Form 2364). Amends proviso 
                         language to specify reducing funding by the same 
                         amount from The Industrial Park Connector (Senate 
                         Form 2209).
