       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Rodriguez) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (381534) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 9 - 12
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), all voting must
    6  shall be by marksense ballot that is human readable using
    7  utilizing a marking device or a voter interface device that
    8  produces a voter-verified paper trail that is human readable and
    9  for the purpose of designating ballot selections.
