       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5  correctional system, any county detention facility, juvenile
    6  detention center or residential facility, temporary holding
    7  center, or other criminal detention facility operated by or on
    8  behalf of the state or any political subdivision.
    9         (b) “Correctional facility employee” means a correctional
   10  officer employed by a correctional facility.
   11         (c) “Health care products” includes the following:
   12         1. Feminine hygiene products, including tampons.
