       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Book)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 309 - 317
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Documentation that a consumer credit report for the
    6  child was requested from all three credit reporting agencies
    7  pursuant to federal law at no charge to the child and that any
    8  results were provided to the child. The case plan must include
    9  documentation of any barriers to obtaining the credit reports.
   10  If the consumer credit report reveals any accounts, the case
   11  plan must detail how the department ensured the child received
   12  assistance with interpreting the credit report and resolving any
   13  inaccuracies, including any referrals made for such assistance.
