       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:

        Senate Amendment to Amendment (116400)

        Delete lines 266 - 285
 and insert:
 of the sentence; and
        4. Termination from any term of any supervision, which is
 monitored by the Florida Commission on Offender Review,
 including, but not limited to, parole.

 A term required to be completed in accordance with this
 paragraph is deemed completed if the court modifies the original
 sentencing order to no longer require completion of such term.
 The failure to meet any financial obligation may not be
 considered in determining whether all terms of a sentence have
 been completed for purposes of denying an individual’s right to
 register to vote, irrespective of the source of the obligation;
 however, this paragraph may not be construed to affect the
 validity of, or the requirements to fulfill, financial
 obligations arising from a felony conviction, including, but not
 limited to, payment of restitution to a victim when ordered at
 sentencing by the court.
