       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 367 - 520
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 10. Subsection (4) of section 626.916, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (5) is added to that
    7  section, to read:

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 44 - 57
   12  and insert:
   13         as used in the Surplus Lines Law; amending s. 626.916,
   14         F.S.; deleting a limit on fees charged by filing
