Bump-fire Stocks; Delaying a prohibition of certain actions related to bump-fire stocks until a specified date; requiring a person in possession of a bump-fire stock to relinquish it to a law enforcement agency or the Department of Law Enforcement or to destroy or render the device permanently inoperable before the prohibition takes effect, etc.
