Child Care Facility Licensing Standards; Requires child care facility or large family child care home to install video camera in each vehicle used by such facility or home to transport children; requires facility or home to ensure video camera is continuously recording inside vehicle while transporting children; requires DCF to adopt by rule minimum standards & maintain list of approved video cameras on its website.
