       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 263 - 268
    4  and insert:
    5         parental consent, unless obtaining such consent would
    6  endanger the health, safety, or well-being of the minor child.
    7         (b)Except as otherwise provided by law, a person, as
    8  defined in s. 1.01, or an individual employed by such person may
    9  not provide or solicit or arrange to provide health care
   10  services or prescribe medicinal drugs to a minor child without
   11  first obtaining written parental consent, unless obtaining such
   12  consent would endanger the health, safety, or well-being of the
   13  minor child.
